Rahul, is an Associate Principal at Lumis and operationally supports Investee firms in managing a holistic view of the information flow across the entire organization. He has 6 years of experience in the private equity space with a background in structuring, sourcing, due diligence and managing finance.
Further, he also provides guidance in areas such as finance, legal, contracts and taxation. Rahul has significant experience in research & analysis, valuation of companies, financial modeling, due diligence, legal structuring, consultancy, strategic planning, accounting & auditing, taxation and other legal & statutory practices.
Prior to Lumis, Rahul has worked with Perseus LLC as an associate with clean energy as the key focus.
Rahul is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, has completed valuation course from European Venture Capital Association (EVCA). |
