Aditya Malik is a Senior Partner at Lumis. He comes with over 17 years of experience across delivery management, customer service, operational excellence, quality, transitions and HR. At Lumis Partners Aditya is focused on operations within the education and human capital services domain.
Prior to Lumis, Aditya was with BA Continuum, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of America where he was a part of the senior management team heading functions like Quality and Change Delivery, Migrations and HR. He has also worked with organizations like GE Capital and American Express in various leadership roles across operations, delivery and quality.
Aditya is a certified Master Black Belt and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Pune University. |
